These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and zb77 ("zb77", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the zb77 website at https://zb77.io, its subdomains, associated mobile platforms, and all services made available through those platforms (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: zb77 operates a KYC verification process to confirm the identity and eligibility of all players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

4.1 Deposits. zb77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your zb77 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, which typically occurs within seconds for mobile money transfers. zb77 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party payment accounts that are not registered in your name.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to zb77's discretion. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) hour for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

4.3 Verification Requirement. Withdrawal requests will be declined if the requesting account has not completed KYC verification, or if the account is subject to a security hold, responsible gaming restriction, or investigation by zb77's compliance team.

4.4 Currency. All balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals on the zb77 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zb77 does not accept or process deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4.5 Refused Deposits. zb77 reserves the right to refuse or return any deposit at its sole discretion, including deposits that appear to originate from fraudulent payment instruments, deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, or deposits that would otherwise breach these Terms or applicable law.

zb77 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified. Unfulfilled bonus funds remaining after the expiry period will be forfeited without compensation.

5.2 One Bonus Per Player. Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. zb77 reserves the right to investigate and decline bonus claims that appear to exploit the one-per-player restriction through multi-accounting or any other method.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. zb77 actively monitors all accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: wagering on low-risk outcomes to clear wagering requirements, making opposing bets across multiple accounts, and exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gameplay. Where bonus abuse is detected, zb77 may void the bonus, void related winnings, and suspend the account.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. zb77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already begun meeting its conditions, any qualifying progress prior to withdrawal will be retained and credited proportionally at zb77's discretion.

All bets and wagers placed on the zb77 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in which they are placed, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are published within the relevant game interface or sports betting section of the Platform.

6.1 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on zb77 cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as made available. Odds are displayed in decimal format. zb77 reserves the right to void or suspend any market where there is evidence of match-fixing, where the integrity of the event is in question, or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being published.

6.2 In-Play Betting. In-play or live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Bets accepted at a particular set of odds will be honoured at those odds unless the bet was accepted after the relevant event or outcome had already been determined, in which case zb77 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games. • Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one zb77 account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification, including false date of birth, false name, or use of another person's identity documents.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including sharing hand information in live poker, or coordinating bets to guarantee a collective profit.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or otherwise gain an advantage over other players or over the Platform's normal operation.
• Match-fixing or insider activity: Placing bets on events where you have non-public insider knowledge of the outcome, or where you are party to any arrangement to fix or influence the outcome of the event.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude zb77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

zb77 collects, stores, and processes personal data about you in connection with your use of the Platform. 12.2 Permanent Closure by zb77. Following investigation, zb77 may permanently close an account and forfeit any balance where a material breach of these Terms is established, including but not limited to: identity fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated software, chargeback fraud, or match-fixing involvement.

12.3 Closure by the Player. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting zb77 support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

12.4 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure — whether initiated by zb77 or by you — your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Any outstanding bonus funds or promotional credits are forfeited upon closure. Sections of these Terms that are intended to survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, and 14) shall continue to apply after your account is closed.

zb77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, zb77 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described above, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
